The aim of the Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) training course is to provide the candidate with the basic knowledge and practical skills involved in operating mobile elevated working platforms.
Objectives of this course enables delegates to:
- Be able to operate the machinery safely and correctly in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and accepted good practice.
- Site and operate machine safely in relation to task
- Be able to carry out minor adjustments and routine services.
- Understand responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act and other current relevant legislation.
Training course duration
The course will run for 1-2 days. This is dependent on the number of candidates and level of experience.
